Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including material handling and equipment setup
- Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and moving construction materials
- Maintain clean and organized job sites by removing debris and waste
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision
- Follow safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Support skilled tradespeople with tasks as needed
- Complete daily maintenance and cleanup of equipment
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs)
