Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials at job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks.
- Perform general site cleanup and debris removal.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely.
- Follow all safety guidelines and site protocols.
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials for installation.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying items up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications
- Willingness to learn and work in various weather conditions.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects for long periods.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong team player with a positive attitude.
- Basic math skills for measurements are a plus.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
