Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily site tasks.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials and equipment.
- Perform basic site preparation, digging, and cleanup duties.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery (e.g., jackhammers, saws) under supervision.
- Maintain a safe and tidy work area, adhering to OSHA safety standards.
- Transport materials to and from the job site as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- No prior construction experience required; we teach you everything you need to know.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and physical environments.
- Basic ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliable transportation is preferred.
