Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems, including leaks, clogs, and fixture installations.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients and explaining technical details in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Ensure all work complies with local Boston and Massachusetts plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Manage your time efficiently to complete jobs within the scheduled timeframe.
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and job site.
Qualifications
- Valid State of Massachusetts Plumbing License (Journeyman or Master).
- Proven experience in residential and commercial plumbing repairs.
- Strong knowledge of pipefitting, threading, soldering, and use of pipe wrenches.
- Ability to work independently and manage a workload with minimal supervision.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects, work in tight spaces, and stand for extended periods.
