Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, digging, and material handling.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
- Transport construction materials to and from the work area.
- Keep the job site clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and site protocols.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and other team members.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for measurements and cuts.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
