Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, material handling, and debris removal
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean work zones
- Support skilled trades with material delivery and setup
- Perform general labor tasks as assigned by site supervisors
- Participate in team-based construction projects
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company policies
Qualifications
- No prior experience necessary – we provide paid training!
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor
- Valid driver’s license preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
