Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks, including framing, roofing, and finishing.
- Load, unload, and organize building materials, tools, and equipment at the job site.
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools under the supervision of a foreman.
- Perform site preparation tasks such as digging, leveling, and cleaning debris.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Transport materials between the storage yard and the construction site as directed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
