Responsibilities
- Load and unload construction materials and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Operate hand and power tools safely under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various onsite tasks.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe for all personnel.
- Perform physical labor, including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy objects up to 50lbs.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies strictly.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and night shifts as needed.
- Basic math skills for measuring and counting materials.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
