As a Laborer, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations, working alongside skilled tradespeople to ensure our projects are completed safely and efficiently. We value a strong work ethic and are committed to providing a safe environment for all employees.
Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with various on-site tasks.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools under supervision.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and ensuring a clean, safe work area.
- Perform basic measurements and mark areas for cutting or digging.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy objects.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions from supervisors.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must possess a valid driver's license (clean driving record preferred).
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- No prior construction experience is required; on-the-job training provided.
