Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Assist carpenters, electricians, and other tradespeople with daily operations.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely.
- Ensure the construction site is clean, organized, and safe.
- Load and unload materials from delivery trucks.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company guidelines.
- Prepare sites for concrete pouring and framing.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs).
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of construction safety is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
