Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and supplies at the job site efficiently.
- Site Preparation: Clear debris, dig trenches, and prepare surfaces for foundations, framing, or landscaping work.
- Tool Operation: Use basic hand and power tools under supervision to assist with daily tasks.
- Site Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe by sweeping and removing waste regularly.
- Assistance: Provide hands-on support to carpenters, electricians, and other skilled trades as needed.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Willingness to Learn: Eagerness to gain new skills in the construction industry with a positive attitude.
