Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks such as framing, drywall hanging, and cleaning.
- Load and unload construction materials from trucks and organize job sites.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment under supervision.
- Follow all safety regulations and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Perform general cleaning and maintenance of the work area.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and team members to ensure project efficiency.
- Help with basic measurements and site preparation.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for measuring materials.
- Pass a background check and drug screening.
- No prior construction experience required; just a strong work ethic.
