Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily tasks, including carpentry, painting, and general site preparation.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Operate basic construction machinery and hand tools under supervision.
- Perform site cleanup, debris removal, and ensure a safe work environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to prevent accidents.
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials, using pencils, chalk, and measuring tape.
- Transport tools and materials to and from the job site as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to work in a physically demanding role (lifting, climbing, standing).
- Basic math skills for measuring and estimating.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Valid Driver’s License (preferred, not always required).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
