Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties on construction sites, including loading, unloading, and transporting materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks and project needs.
- Operate heavy machinery and power tools in a safe and efficient manner.
- Ensure the job site is clean, organized, and compliant with all safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, diagrams, and project plans.
- Perform site preparation, including excavation, grading, and demolition support.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in general construction labor or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects and standing on feet.
