Responsibilities
- Assist project managers and skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks.
- Load, unload, and organize building materials, tools, and equipment at job sites.
- Operate basic machinery and power tools safely under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform basic measurements, cutting, and fitting of materials as directed.
- Transport tools and materials between work areas using carts or dollies.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn new skills.
