Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris and setting up work areas.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize lumber, bricks, and other building materials safely.
- Tool Operation: Operate basic construction tools and equipment under supervision.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols at all times.
- Site Maintenance: Keep the work site clean, organized, and hazard-free.
- Assistance: Help skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Work Ethic: Must be reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license is preferred but not strictly required.
