Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and skilled trades with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic tools (shovels, wheelbarrows, saws) under supervision
- Perform cleanup duties including debris removal and site organization
- Follow strict safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Support concrete work, excavation, and framing tasks
- Load/unload materials and equipment at job sites
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred
