Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with various construction tasks including carpentry, masonry, and painting.
- Load, unload, and stack building materials, tools, and equipment.
- Operate hand and power tools safely under supervision.
- Prepare and clean job sites, ensuring debris removal and hazard mitigation.
- Perform basic excavation, grading, and dirt work as directed.
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a secure workplace.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for long periods, including lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards (OSHA preferred).
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic and a team-oriented attitude.
