Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare construction materials and tools for the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks, including mixing concrete, digging trenches, and hauling debris.
- Operate heavy machinery and equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all project instructions and site safety protocols to prevent accidents.
- Perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards is a plus.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with supervisors.
- Experience in general construction or landscaping is a strong plus.
