What You Will Do:
- Load, unload, and prepare construction materials for use on-site.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery safely.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with tasks such as framing, drywall, or finishing.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site in accordance with safety regulations.
- Perform basic site preparation, including digging, hauling, and cleaning debris.
Qualifications:
- Ability to perform physical labor for long hours in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols (OSHA).
- No prior experience required; we provide training.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
