- Support skilled tradespeople with material handling and equipment operation
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to ensure project efficiency
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines
- Assist in basic demolition and concrete work as needed
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Willingness to obtain OSHA 10 certification (training provided)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic math skills for material measurements
