Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and skilled trades with material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely and maintain organized workspaces
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment at job sites
- Perform demolition, debris removal, and site cleanup duties
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Read basic blueprints and follow supervisor instructions
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
Qualifications
- Must be physically fit and able to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work in all weather conditions (rain, heat, cold)
- Willingness to obtain OSHA 10-hour certification (provided)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Availability for early morning/weekend shifts as needed
