Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely under supervision (e.g., saws, drills, levels)
- Perform site cleanup and debris removal to maintain safety standards
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project specifications
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment efficiently
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic tool knowledge and willingness to operate power equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including early mornings/weekends
- Positive attitude and ability to work in diverse weather conditions
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
