Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic equipment like jackhammers, saws, and power tools under supervision
- Perform site cleanup, debris removal, and waste management
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and safety guidelines
- Maintain organized tool and material storage areas
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and site regulations
- Support foundation work, framing, and finishing tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic hand tool proficiency or willingness to learn
- Strong attention to safety and detail-oriented approach
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Must be available for weekend/evening shifts when required
