Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup duties
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision (e.g., shovels, wheelbarrows, saws)
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain organized job site conditions
- Load/unload construction materials and transport them as directed
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, carrying, and assembling components
- Report equipment issues or safety hazards immediately to supervisors
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines efficiently
Qualifications

- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
