Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and skilled tradesmen with material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Clean and maintain job sites to ensure safety and compliance
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Perform basic trenching, excavation, and backfilling tasks
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the US
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Willingness to work in outdoor conditions (heat, cold, rain)
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Louisville metro area
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
