Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other tradespeople with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Perform cleanup and debris removal to meet safety standards
- Follow blueprints and verbal instructions accurately
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Support specialized tasks as needed by project leads
Qualifications
- 1+ years of construction labor or related experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks in varied weather
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- OSHA 10-hour certification a plus
- Pre-employment background check required
