Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Perform demolition, excavation, and earthmoving tasks safely
- Construct and maintain temporary structures and barriers
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and site-specific procedures
- Collaborate with skilled trades and project managers
- Complete daily cleanup and waste disposal duties
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic hand/power tool experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification a plus (training provided)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Pass pre-employment background check
- Willingness to work flexible hours (early mornings/weekends)
