Your Role
You will work alongside our expert team to handle residential and light commercial projects. This is an entry-level position perfect for motivated self-starters.
Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians in installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems in residential and commercial properties.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to understand project requirements.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure safety and code compliance.
- Use hand and power tools, including drills, multimeters, and conduit benders.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and adhere to OSHA safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project timelines are met.
- Complete necessary documentation and paperwork accurately.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: A high school diploma or GED is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Physical Stamina: Must be able to lift 50+ lbs, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Driver's License: A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.
- Tools: Basic hand tools are a plus, but not required as we provide the professional gear.
- Attitude: Eager to learn, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious.
