Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, fixtures, and wiring according to local and national codes (NEC).
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure system safety and functionality.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues efficiently to minimize downtime for clients.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Collaborate with team members and project managers to complete jobs on time and within budget.
Qualifications
- Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent experience required.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Strong knowledge of electrical theory, circuits, and safety protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various environments (confined spaces, heights).
- Proficiency with standard electrical tools and testing equipment.
