Responsibilities
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from delivery vehicles.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks including framing, drywalling, and general cleanup.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site in compliance with safety regulations.
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials as directed by supervisors.
- Perform physical labor tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy items.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous construction or labor experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including standing, bending, and lifting.
- Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
