Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks including carpentry, drywall, and general site preparation.
- Operate power tools and light construction equipment safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials to keep the job site organized and safe.
- Perform basic site cleanup, including debris removal and waste disposal.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks as directed by foremen.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to the Albuquerque, NM location.
- Experience in construction, landscaping, or general labor is preferred but not mandatory.
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions and adhere to strict safety guidelines.
- Basic understanding of construction safety and site etiquette.
