Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials and equipment to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks including framing, drywalling, painting, and concrete work.
- Operate basic power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
- Prepare job sites by cleaning debris, filling holes, and ensuring a safe working environment.
- Follow all company safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times.
- Perform general maintenance and cleanup duties to maintain project quality.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of construction safety practices is a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Must be available for part-time shifts, including weekends or evenings as needed.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
