Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
- Site Assistance: Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with daily tasks and project needs.
- Equipment Operation: Operate basic construction machinery and power tools under direct supervision.
- Site Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of debris to ensure a safe environment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company policies.
- Measurement & Prep: Assist in measuring, cutting, and preparing materials as directed by supervisors.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Experience: Previous construction labor experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Must be physically fit, able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- License: Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are required.
- Skills: Basic math skills, ability to read basic measurements, and a commitment to safety.
