We understand that starting a new career can be daunting. That is why we specialize in training candidates with no prior experience. We are looking for individuals who are mechanically inclined, safety-conscious, and eager to learn from our team of Master Electricians.
What You Will Do:
- Learn to install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial electrical systems under the supervision of licensed professionals.
- Assist with conduit bending, wire pulling, and termination of electrical components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand project requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform basic troubleshooting to identify and resolve electrical faults.
- Interact with clients and team members professionally to ensure project success.
- Earn your journeyman license while you work.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting heavy tools, standing for long periods, and working in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of mathematics and geometry is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to safety.

Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Prepare work areas, organize tools, and ensure the site remains clean and safe.
- Run conduit, pull wire, and terminate wiring components accurately.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and diagnostic testing on electrical circuits.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes.
- Document work completed and report any safety hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Willingness to obtain an Electrical Journeyman license upon completion of training.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Physically able to lift heavy materials, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude.
