Responsibilities
- Assist project managers and foremen with daily site operations and workflow.
- Load, unload, and stack construction materials and equipment safely.
- Perform general site cleanup, debris removal, and preparation.
- Operate basic construction tools and power machinery (hand tools, drills, saws).
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Support skilled tradesmen with framing, drywall, or concrete tasks as directed.
- Ensure the job site remains organized and hazard-free.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License (CDL preferred but not required).
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Previous construction or general labor experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Ability to work full-time hours, including weekends as needed.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new techniques.
