Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment at job sites.
- Site Assistance: Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including digging, lifting, and carrying.
- Site Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of debris to ensure safety.
- Equipment Operation: Operate basic construction tools and machinery under strict supervision.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols at all times.
- Transport Support: Help with the transportation of materials to and from the job site.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must have reliable transportation and a good attendance record.
- Willingness to Learn: Open-minded attitude towards training and following instructions.
- Weather Tolerance: Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
