Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks, including framing, drywall hanging, and painting preparation.
- Load and unload building materials from trucks and transport them to the work site.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment under supervision.
- Clean and maintain the construction site, ensuring a safe and organized environment.
- Perform physical labor, including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Must be available for part-time shifts (e.g., mornings or afternoons).
