Responsibilities
- Perform physical construction tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools and light machinery safely and efficiently
- Assist skilled trades with layout, installation, and finishing work
- Maintain job site cleanliness and safety protocols
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project specifications
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Participate in daily team briefings and safety meetings
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting up to 60 lbs)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic construction tools and steel-toe boots required
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Team player with clear communication skills
- Pre-employment drug screening required
