Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and material handling under night shift supervision
- Operate heavy machinery including forklifts, excavators, and power tools with precision
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Assist skilled tradesmen with concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and proper waste disposal procedures
- Complete daily equipment maintenance checks and report defects immediately
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction or heavy labor experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and perform physically demanding tasks
- Reliable transportation to early morning shift start times
- Basic math skills for material calculations and inventory management
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety excellence
- Ability to work independently in low-light conditions
