Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup, cleanup, and preparation of construction job sites.
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment from trucks.
- Perform basic digging, lifting, and carrying tasks as directed by the Foreman.
- Operate basic power tools and hand tools under supervision.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Ensure all tools and materials are returned to storage after use.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required. We provide on-the-job training for the right candidates.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must be physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Basic ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
