Responsibilities
- Material Management: Load, unload, and organize building materials, tools, and equipment on-site.
- Site Preparation: Assist in site cleanup, excavation, and basic groundwork under supervision.
- Tool Operation: Operate hand tools and power tools safely to assist skilled tradespeople.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety protocols and wearing required PPE.
- Support Duties: Perform general labor tasks such as hauling debris, mixing concrete, and assisting with measurements.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: Full training provided for all applicants.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform manual labor for long periods and lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and dependable for scheduled shifts.
- Communication: Basic English skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime as needed.
