Job Overview
As a Laborer, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations. You will support our skilled tradespeople and ensure that job sites are safe, clean, and efficient. This is an excellent entry-level role for anyone interested in the construction industry.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Assist in site preparation, including digging, cleaning, and setting up work areas.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery under the supervision of a foreman.
- Follow all safety regulations and OSHA guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
- Perform manual labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving heavy objects.
- Clean up debris and waste materials to ensure the site is organized and ready for the next phase of work.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project tasks are completed on time.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the USA.
- Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain).
