Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment at the job site.
- Assist carpenters, electricians, and other tradespeople with various tasks as directed.
- Operate basic power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety compliance.
- Perform basic measurements and calculations for material needs.
- Demolition and debris removal as needed.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and site regulations strictly.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to the site.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Basic reading and math skills.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude toward learning.
