Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment safely to and from the job site.
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up temporary structures.
- Assistance: Provide general labor support to skilled tradespeople, including carpenters, electricians, and plumbers.
- Tool Operation: Operate basic power tools and hand tools under supervision.
- Site Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations at all times.
- Measurement: Assist in measuring, cutting, and fitting materials as directed.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Availability: Must be available for part-time shifts, including weekends and/or evenings.
- Experience: Previous construction or landscaping experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Communication: Good verbal communication skills and ability to follow instructions clearly.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to safety protocols.
- Valid ID: Must have a valid government-issued ID or driver's license.
