Responsibilities
- Assist with the loading, unloading, and transportation of construction materials and tools.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools under the supervision of skilled tradespeople.
- Prepare and clean job sites to ensure a safe and organized work environment.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company regulations strictly at all times.
- Perform general labor tasks such as digging, carrying, and lifting heavy objects.
- Assist with basic site measurements and material verification.
Qualifications
- Willingness to work weekends and flexible shifts.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor for extended periods.
- Basic reading and math skills are required.
- Must have valid identification and proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
