Responsibilities
- Assist with general site preparation, digging, and material hauling.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools under supervision.
- Unload and organize lumber, bricks, and other materials at job sites.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Support skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians) with daily tasks.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and safety checks.
Qualifications
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (rain, heat, cold).
- Willingness to work a full-time schedule (40 hours per week) with occasional overtime.
- Legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Basic reading and math skills for measuring and following blueprints.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- No prior construction experience required—just a strong work ethic!
