Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks, including site preparation and cleanup.
- Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks to the job site.
- Perform general maintenance and cleanup of job sites to ensure a safe and organized environment.
- Operate basic construction machinery and hand tools (demonstration provided).
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Measure and prepare materials as directed by supervisors.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We are willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must be a team player with a strong work ethic.
