Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up temporary structures.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Tool Operation: Operate basic power tools and hand tools under supervision to support the crew.
- Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Assistance: Support skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various manual tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliability: Dependable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills and ability to follow verbal instructions.
- Safety First: A strong commitment to safety and wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- No Experience Required: We welcome beginners! A willingness to learn is the most important qualification.
