We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality construction services with a focus on safety and craftsmanship. As a Laborer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our expert tradespeople on various residential and commercial projects.
Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople, including carpenters, electricians, and masons, with daily project tasks.
- Perform site preparation work, including excavation, concrete pouring, and framing.
- Transport, organize, and unload construction materials and tools efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools with precision and care.
- Follow blueprints, diagrams, and verbal instructions from supervisors to ensure quality standards.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding punctuality and attendance.
Qualifications
- Previous construction experience is a plus, but we welcome motivated individuals willing to learn.
- Must be physically fit and capable of lifting heavy materials (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Valid Driver’s License is required for travel to job sites in WA and FL.
- Basic understanding of safety protocols and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Reliable transportation to and from the primary location.
- Ability to work effectively in varying weather conditions.
